At Qualitas Technical Recruitment, we find candidates for jobs and jobs for candidates.
When working on a vacancy, we fully understand the Client needs, before carrying out a search for the ideal Candidate. It is because of our attention to detail, that we are able to differentiate between a suitable candidate and an unsuitable candidate. We are not in the business of wasting people’s time.
We check candidate CV’s for basic suitability and make a shortlist of the top four. We then interview the shortlisted candidates to confirm that they have the required skills, and to obtain details of their own circumstances, expectations and additional information about their work history. If appropriate at this stage, we will compile a comprehensive CV and forward it to the Client, only after the Candidate has given his / her permission.
When searching for a job for a specific Candidate, if a suitable vacancy is not available at that time, we do not market them out to all and sundry. We like to target companies that match the Candidate’s skills, expectations and career aspirations. We never send CV’s without talking to the Candidate first and only send a CV if a client has expressed an interest to us.
Whilst we cannot guarantee to place every Candidate into work, we always strive to represent them in the most professional manner, when contacting companies on their behalf. We treat each and every Candidate as an individual with a particular skill set,
NOT just as a number.
